Negative: There was asked (via a message) to call the reception before arrival to confirm our booking, but the lady only spoke Romanian and a little Italian - I don't speak that, so we couldn't communicate and had to end the call, but everything was okay at arrival and the (other?) lady at the reception spoke English and everything was fine.
